  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
  • dash Tobasco hot sauce
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 & ½ tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup Cream of the West Roasted Ranch Oats
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups tomatoes, cut up
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can of water
  1. In a large skillet, brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, celery, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, Tobasco hot sauce, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Stir until boiling. Add tomato soup and can of water. Return to a simmer. Stir in ¼ cup Roasted Ranch Oats. Simmer until mixture is of desired consistency. Serve on hamburger buns. Serves 6.
