Grandma Anna's Banana Bread (Easy Banana Bread Recipe)
This central North Dakota easy banana bread recipe is generations old - simply perfect.

- 1 c. sugar
- ½ c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas
- 3 T. sour milk (little apple cider vinegar added to milk)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. soda
- Combine sugar and butter, add eggs, then bananas and sour milk. Mix in flour and soda, just until combined. Pour into a greased bread pan, run a butter knife down the middle, and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes. Check doneness with toothpick. Makes 1 large loaf.
- If making muffins, scoop batter into greased or paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins. Note: This recipe doubles easily. It can also easily be modified to suit the number of bananas you have on hand.
