- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- ½ cup Cream of the West Cereal (any kind)
- Mix and allow to sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Shape into 12 patties and gently place on grill or broiler pan. Turn once. These burgers are exceptionally juicy, and must be handled delicately when raw.
