Cream Of The West is seeking an office manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office and to assist in plant production when necessary. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office and production supplies, monitoring inventory and the daily operations of the office and plant. You will be working with and assisting the other staff members when necessary while reporting to general manager daily.

Beginning hourly wage depending on experience and qualifications. Work schedule to consist of a minimum of 25 – 30 hours/week with the potential to become full time based on satisfactory job performance.

Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee general daily office operations
  • Answer telephones and relay messages to appropriate person
  • Greet visiting clients and visitors
  • Print daily internet orders
  • Create invoices and process payments and reports using QuickBooks
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Research, price and purchase office and plant production supplies
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office and plant production supplies
  • Coordinate product shipments
  • Assist plant manager with administration and production when necessary
  • Assist with packing and shipping orders when necessary
  • Daily communication with and reporting to general manager
  • Other duties as assigned


Office Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office management or administration preferred
  • General computer skills and proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook
