BACON STUFFED FLAPJACKS
- 1 package bacon – cooked to your liking
- 2 cups Cream of the West 7-grain Buttermilk Flapjack mix
- 1 1/3 cup water or milk
- 1 egg
- Butter for griddle
DirectionsIn a mixing bowl, combine flapjack mix, beaten egg and water or milk. Stir until just mixed.
Heat griddle on medium and melt butter to coat pan.
Dip a piece of bacon into pancake batter to coat both sides well.
Place on hot griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Spread butter and syrup of choice over hot flapjacks. Enjoy!
