COFFEE CHOCOLATE CHIP 7-GRAIN COOKIES
Use our original or 100% organic roasted 7-grain in these delicious cookies. The perfect afternoon snack... not just for breakfast anymore! 😉

INGREDIENTS:
8 Tbsp softened butter
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 Tbsp instant espresso
¾ cup chopped walnuts(optional)
¾ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp kosher salt
1 egg
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup all-purpose wheat flour (can use all all-purpose flour rather than half whole wheat)
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup Cream of the West Roasted 7-Grain
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients adding one at a time, mixing well between additions.
Bake on parchment covered cookie sheet 14 minutes. (may need to increase baking soda slightly if not baking at high altitude <5000 ft.)
