Ingredients
- ½ Cup Cream of the West Roasted Wheat
- 1 tsp soda
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- ¼ Cinnamon
- 1 Cup pancake mix
- ⅔ cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Pour batter on a hot griddle and cook until bubbly and edges are dry.
- Brown other side and serve with your favorite toppings.
