ESPRESSO OATMEAL CUPS

ESPRESSO OATMEAL CUPS

You can have your coffee and eat it too! Make these tasty cups up in just a few minutes. In the morning, heat if desired, top and go!

INGREDIENTS (per serving)

  • 1/3 cup Cream of the West Roasted Ranch Oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 3 Tbsp Strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey 
  • Toppings of choice: chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, ground cinnamon, nuts or fruit.

Directions

Bring water to a rolling boil and add Cream of the West Roasted Ranch Oats. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 
Let oats cool. Spoon oats into a jar or to-go container. Add milk, coffee, vanilla, maple syrup or honey, and yogurt. Place in fridge overnight or up to 3 days.
 
Serve hot or cold in the morning. Garnish with cacao nibs or your favorite topping!
