Peanut butter swirl brownies
Gooey and irresistible peanut butter swirl brownies with Cream of the West Roasted Wheat.
- 1 cup butter - melted
- 2 cups sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup Cream of the West Roasted Wheat
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Combine melted butter, sugar, and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla and beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in Cream of the West Roasted Wheat, flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
Spread batter into a greased 9x13" pan. Drop peanut butter by spoonfuls on top of batter. Swirl with a butter knife.
Bake at 350° for about 40 - 45 minutes. Toothpick inserted in center of pan should come out with moist crumbles.
Cool and cut into squares.
**Alternatively, you can split this batch between two 8” x 8” pans, bake for approximately 30 minutes and share a batch with a friend to brighten their day!
