RECIPE FOR ONE
1/4 cup Cream of the West organic roasted wheat hot cereal
1 cup water
1 tablespoon of grass fed better
pinch of salt
1-2 tablespoons cold water
pinch of saffron
to top:
grass fed heavy cream
coconut sugar
