WILD BERRY GRITS WITH CITRUS HONEY SYRUP

Ingredients

4 cups prepared Gruff Ancient Grain Grits

1/2 cup local honey

zest from 1 orange

1 orange juiced

1 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Prepare grits according to package directions.
In a small saucepan, warm honey, zest, and juice from orange and lemon and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Stir in coconut oil.
Divide warm grits into 4 bowls
Drizzle citrus syrup over them
Add berries
Top with fresh cream.
