Cream of the West is a trip back to my childhood. We kids used to eat it as hot cereal, but also, my father would make a batch, pour it into a greased and floured loaf pan, put it in the fridge, then the next day, slice it and fry it up. He liked it with butter and maple syrup, and I just liked it with butter -- so crispy ad delicious with eggs and bacon! thanks for still being around!

These oats are absolutely wonderful
These oats are absolutely wonderful. You can soak them at night or you can cook them for 10 minutes the next day you won’t believe the difference night and day. I’ve had these often on when I could find them in the store. I love to ride horses and I bought it at first because of the box with the cowboy on it.. I absolutely love this. I absolutely love the oats and I’m going gluten.
