Whole oats, roasted, what more needs to be said. They make the best oatmeal. Yes you have to cook them a little longer but it is so worth it. When some of our apples start to get a bit soft and we don't want to eat them plain, my son dices them and bakes them at a low temp in the oven to dry them out. The slow, long roasting also adds a wonderful flavor to the apples. I cook these in the oatmeal along with some cinnamon which makes the oatmeal delicious.
This cereal tastes great! Very easy to prepare as well. A few years back, my sister was visiting me from Utah. I was cooking oatmeal for our breakfast and she ordered me a pail of your 7 Grain cereal and I haven’t stopped eating it since!
Each one is unique, extraordinary texture and makes an exceptional hot cereal!! We love all 3!

So much tastier than plain old oatmeal!
And, for a grittier texture, I dump the whole box of cereal into the blender for less than 10 seconds, then cook normally.

Looks like blueberry jam when cooked. Much darker, deeper color and flavor than ordinary blue cornmeal.
